Ray Neeb Named ArtsQuest Sr. Vice President of Operations

BETHLEHEM, PA—ArtsQuest is pleased to announce that Raymond Neeb has been promoted to Sr. Vice President of Operations for the organization.

Since beginning his ArtsQuest career in 1999, Neeb has played a key role in the growth of the nonprofit’s major events and festivals including Musikfest and Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem. Today, he leads a 53-person team responsible for the setup, operations, and vendor selection for 12 festivals including Musikfest, Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem and Oktoberfest, as well as more than 35 other large events taking place at SteelStacks throughout the year. In addition, he oversees the staff responsible for operations and maintenance of the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks and Banana Factory Arts Center.

In his new role, Neeb is also responsible for developing ArtsQuest’s logistical and operational procedures and plans essential for the organization to present more than 4,000 programs and events annually. He oversees the organization’s Operations, Safety & Event Services, Volunteer & Internship, IT and Front Desk Administration departments.

Neeb is a resident of Hanover Township, where he lives with his wife and four children.
