In this in-depth four week class, students will cover all the basics and various techniques of drawing various styles of cartoons & anime. The instructor will go over form, volume, proportion, design, shading, and color, and students will leave with various designs of their favorite characters, as well as original designs!

Cotty Kilbanks has worked in the animation industry on both coasts while working on famous animated cartoons such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, ROCKO’S Modern Life, South Park, also for MARVEL, Disney, WARNER BROS CLASSICS, and lots more as well as being a children’s book illustrator, painter, preschool teacher, and teaching artist.

The Artist Garages at 520 Hamilton-Bay 1 is located at 520 Hamilton St in Allentown. While the address is for Hamilton St, the Artist Garages are accessed via Maple St. near the intersection with Bayard Rustin Way. (It is directly across the street from the Bradbury Sullivan LGBT Community Center.)
