1 Day Workshop

Wednesday, October 15 | 6:30-9:30 p.m.

Spruce up your daily fashion with adorable and charismatic fall themed jewelry that will attract tons of compliments, and you can brag that you made these cute creations yourself!

In this workshop, participants will use polymer clay to create their own custom earrings, necklaces, and keychains. Due to the quick and affordable nature of this medium, custom charms and jewelry pieces can be made on the fly for any holiday, season, or occasion. This fall themed workshop will focus on earrings and necklaces with pumpkins, skulls, autumn leaves, and any other seasonal theme you may be embracing this fall.

This medium is fantastic for quickly and easily creating durable charms that can be made into any kind of jewelry the mind can imagine. Polymer clay offers a process as simple as: Imagine, mold, bake for 15 minutes, and it is hardened into a delightful little plastic charm! This workshop includes a drink voucher redeemable at the Palette and Pour Bar (located on the 1st floor of the ArtsQuest Center) for either one glass of house wine, one draft beer, or one soft drink.

In this class we will focus on making charms that can be either dangling or stud earrings, as well as necklaces or keychains, but participants will leave with the knowledge of how to expand their creations as far as they can imagine!
