1 Day Workshop

Sunday, October 12 | 1-3 p.m.

Registration ends October 10, 2025

Celebrate your creative power and dive into imaginative flow state! Using breathwork and the senses as portals to a wildly inspired experience of co-creation, you’ll learn how to harness your innate life force energy (aka pranayama) to enter a higher state of consciousness and collaborate with your inner muse.

It starts with an inner journey guided by music and breath, where a beautiful process of inspiration opens. From there, you’ll move into intuitive painting from an uplifted state of passionate self-acceptance, non-judgement…and color! While sipping your favorite drink, creating a 12” x 9” water doodle painting of a spiral (or your favorite sacred symbol)-you’ll discover a transformative process that works as many wonders on the inside as it does on paper.

The spiral symbol is one of the most ancient symbols first expressed by humans on our bodies, cave walls, the Earth and through the Universal source of creation itself (think Fibonacci sequence). Its strong connection to nature and our spirit’s journey through life opens a sacred well of self-expression that will continue to delight and inspire when it’s hanging on your wall.

The combination of watercolor painting and doodling offers a free-flowing experience where you let go of expectations and wildly self-express.

You’ll leave with a feeling of freedom and wonder in your own creativity…and a stunning spiral painting inspired by the heART of your wild infinite self!

No art experience required.

ATTENTION:
The breathwork journey is best done lying down. Please bring a blindfold, yoga mat, and any blankets or cushions to make for a comfortable experience. This workshop includes a drink voucher redemable at the Palette and Pour Bar (located on the 1st floor of the ArtsQuest Center) for either one glass og house wine, one draft beer, or one soft drink.

A holistic-living, nature-loving mom and lifelong creative business owner, Michelle Lee brings the power of transformation to all she does. She finds artistic inspiration in the abundant contrasts found in life and the natural world—infusing her work with emotional, spiritual energy as heARTist, teacher and coach.

Michelle's personal healing journey fuels her drive to awaken the inner artist and intuitive wisdom within us all. Through the co-creative process of both online and in-person workshops on The HeARTwoken Way, she delivers a mystical fusion of art medicine (aka play!) and mind, body, spirit practices. To transform our energy and our world, she empowers the ability to heal, live and love free by activating deeper connections within ourselves and to all things.

A catalyst for creative change, she is the first Certified YogART® Workshop Facilitator on the East Coast, a Certified Tantra Ritual and Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance RYT 200), AFAA-Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Certified Practitioner. An ArtQuest Teaching Artist, she's performed as Demo Artist at Musikfest and exhibited her artwork at numerous shows at the Banana Factory Arts Center and other Pennsylvania galleries. From Lehigh and Wyoming Valleys to the Poconos and Harrisburg areas, you can also find her teaching at various yoga studios, wellness and art centers.

Her passion is inspiring others to be the change we want to see in the world, living from the heART of our wildly creative infinite selves.
