ArtsQuest Hosts An “Old Fashioned” Christmas and The Holiday Wine Dinner

Bethlehem, PA, October 25, 2023 – Get into the holiday spirit this December at ArtsQuest with An “Old Fashioned” Christmas and The Holiday Wine Dinner.

An “Old Fashioned” Christmas
Have a neat Christmas with ArtsQuest, Edrington and Levy Restaurants at the “Old Fashioned” cocktail tasting on two Saturdays, Dec. 2 and 9 at 1 p.m. in the Visitor’s Center at SteelStacks presented by St. Luke’s University Health Network. We’ll be crafting four different old fashioneds for you to sample – some with a holiday twist – using the following Edrington spirits:

  • Noble Oak Double Oak Bourbon
  • Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon
  • Naked Malt
  • Brigual 1888 Double Aged Rum

Tickets are $59 and include admission to Christkindlmarkt, a full old fashioned cocktail from one of the Christkindlmarkt bars and food from Levy Restaurant Executive Chef Julie Marble.

  • Charcuterie Skewers (3 per plate)
    • Salami, Pepperoni, Pickle, Chipotle Gouda, Whole Grain Mustard Aioli
  • Caprese Chicken Half Sandwich
    • Boars Head Grilled Chicken, Fresh Mozzarella, Herb Oil, Arugula, Roasted Tomato, Focaccia
  • Smoke Salmon Boursin Crostini
    • Smoked Salmon, Boursin Cheese, Cucumber, Dill
  • Chocolate Bark
    • Orange Zest, Dried Strawberries, Salted Sunflower Seed

The Holiday Wine Dinner
It’s the most wine-derful time of the year! Celebrate the holidays with ArtsQuest, Jay Nee of Juniper & Grain and Levy Restaurants with a fantastic dinner to pair with wines that have been hand-selected by Nee. This event will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 13 at 6:30 p.m. in the Fowler Blast Furnace Room.

  • 1st Course
    • Mt. Tabor Chardonnay (Israel-Kosher)
    • Grilled Pear Salad

Frisee, Baby Spinach, Ruby Swiss Chard, Caramelized Parsnip, Spiced Walnut, Lardon, Maple Citrus Vinaigrette

    • Rascallian Wines “Pandiculation” Red (South Africa)
    • Ratatouille
    • Eggplant, Zucchini, Squash, Roasted Garlic Marinara
  • 3rd Course – Entrée
    • Boomtown by Dusted Valley Cabernet (Washington)

    • Caramelized Onion, Butternut Squash Puree, Fresh Herbs
  • 4th Course – Dessert
    • Italo Cescon Spumante Prosecco Extra Brut (Italy)
