ArtsQuest’s new ticketing system

Hello there, friends!

We’re pleased to inform you that we have a new ticketing system at ArtsQuest! If you’ve purchased tickets from us in the past, chances are you already have an account in the new system. Here’s how to activate it:

1. Go to https://secure.artsquest.org/Online/forgotPassword.asp
2. Enter your email address
3. Click the “Recover Password” button
4. If you already have an account with us, you will receive an email from tickets@artsquest.org with a temporary password
5. Return to https://secure.artsquest.org
6. Click on “My Account” and enter the temporary password
7. Retype both your email address, which is also your user name, and the temporary password that was sent to you – DO NOT COPY/PASTE OR USE AUTOFILL (neither will work properly)
8. You’ll be prompted to create your new password, because the temporary password expires immediately.
9. Please scroll down to create a new password. The “old” password is the temporary password you were emailed.
