This Improv 301 class takes a deep dive into a specific Improv Form of the instructors choosing.

Acrylic painting is great for painting in all styles, all approaches and all experience levels! In this class, students will receive guidance and instruction in basic acrylic painting practices including but not limited to: layering and technical handling of the paint, some brief color theory, opacity control, value control, texture, and more. Over three weeks, students will enjoy learning and practicing these techniques with acrylic paint, and going on to complete their own paintings, applying the lessons learned in class.

Led by Philadelphia-based arts leader and muralist Joseph Eduardo Iacona, this series covers the essential logistical, technical, and creative planning skills needed to bring a mural from concept to completion.
