next level creativity

Coming to the new ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL in 2026!

Designed for woodworkers, metal artists, digital fabricators, and anyone eager to explore new tools and techniques, this flexible studio space brings makers together to learn, build, and create.

What You’ll Find in the Maker Space:

  • Workshops & Classes
Learn from professional teaching artists in sessions covering everything from CNC basics and metal sculpture to traditional joinery and tool safety (*tools & equipment available in the Maker’s Space).
  • Digital & Analog Tools
Supervised access to equipment that supports work in wood, metal, mixed media and digital fabrication — with new capabilities added regularly.
  • STEAM Programs for All Ages
Maker experiences that combine art, science, and tech for kids, teens and families.
  • Open Studio Hours
Bring your own project and work independently alongside a community of makers.
  • Festival & Exhibit-Linked Labs
Participate in community builds, large-scale collaborations and artist-led fabrication as a part of ArtsQuest’s major events.

Who It’s For:

  • Artists looking to prototype or scale their creative work
  • Woodworkers and metal artists seeking community and access to tools
  • Designers and builders exploring CNC, laser cutting and fabrication
  • Curious beginners wanting to learn new hands-on skills
  • Educators and creatives working at the intersection of art and tech
