Making a Cutting Board (Session B)
In this introductory course, you will learn to make a hardwood cutting board using the table saw, jointer, planer, and sanders. Every student will choose from multiple species of domestic hardwoods to make the pattern for their own cutting board. This course will not only teach you the proper methods to make a cutting board but also the techniques needed to work safely around these tools. No prior woodworking experience is needed for this class.
