This class is designed for novice to intermediate level illustration artists. Whether you’re a beginner who’s dabbled in stick figures, or a practiced artist who is interested in picking up a new medium, both are welcome!

In this 6-week beginner friendly class, students will learn the basic techniques to handbuilding with clay. Students will also learn basic glazing techniques during the last class to finish the work they’ve made.

Students will learn techniques to make bowls, vases, and other functional ware of different sizes and shapes. The last 2 weeks of class will be dedicated to glazing work.
