From his childhood in Puerto Rico, to his early years of struggle with the Pittsburgh Pirates, to becoming one of baseball’s most beloved and iconic players, to his untimely death in 1972, Clemente is a celebration of a man who gave his all — both on and off the field.

Loosely based on William Shakespeare's Henry IV, Parts 1 & 2, My Own Private Idaho stars River Phoenix and Keanu Reeves in this haunting tale from Gus Van Sant about two young street hustlers: Mike Waters, a sensitive narcoleptic who dreams of the mother who abandoned him, and Scott Favor, the wayward son of the mayor of Portland and the object of Mike’s desire.
