Event Calendar

In this 3 week class students will learn the basics to relief printing, from getting an image on your block to carving techniques, coloring mixing and ink choices. Students will using easy to carve blocks, perfect for beginners! Block printing is the oldest form of printmaking, and is an enduring way to make bold, graphic illustrations. Linoleum/ easy carve blocks makes this process an affordable and approachable medium. Students will leave with a small edition of prints, and the skills to work on their own at home.

In this one-day workshop students will carve and print their own stamp designs. Students may come with a design already made or work on one on the day of.
