Holiday Ceramic Ornaments (Session C)
Join us for a one-day workshop and make your own Holiday Ornaments! No prior clay experience required, just a creative attitude and festive spirit! This class includes a demonstration and individual assistance as you learn hand building and surface design techniques that come together to create one-of-a-kind ornaments. Expect to leave with up to 5 ornaments that will be finished with a clear glaze and ready for pickup approximately 4 weeks after class!
Jennifer Thompson
Jenn Thompson is a Lehigh Valley native – she grew up in Macungie and now lives in Bethlehem with her husband and small herd of rescue animals. She took a one-night wheel throwing class in 2019 and never looked back – now with experience with various forms, techniques, and clay bodies she especially enjoys closed forms, sgraffito, and functional pieces. A life-long learner, Jenn enjoys learning from many different artists and taking tips from each to create her own personal style. A true hobbyist, Jenn believes there is no one way to be a ceramicist and enjoys helping people in their journey to uncover individual inspiration, and fostering her local community art environment.
