Project Compensation:
$1,000 compensation for the work and its reproduction rights, including the concert series poster, website, social media accounts, promotional pieces, and other related merchandise.
Project Details:
Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health invite artists to submit an original art piece (preferably digital art, but any medium would be considered) which will be featured as thematic artwork for the 2026 Levitt Pavilion Free Summer Concert Series. This includes the program book, promotional rack cards, social media graphics, concert posters and other related merchandise. The concert series will see over 50,000 attendees through the summer season.
Scope of Work:
Artists will first submit existing art pieces for review and if selected as a finalist, will create an original art design and will reference the following parameters:
- Artist should reside in the Lehigh Valley (classified as residing in the counties of Northampton or Lehigh or the cities of Allentown, Bethlehem, or Easton, PA)
- Should be an original art piece that is preferably digital but any medium will be considered. Please note we will NOT be accepting AI generated images for this project.
- Ideally would contain reference to the Levitt Pavilion stage structure but is not necessary.
- Ideally would contain reference to the Blast Furnace but is not necessary.
- Encompasses the communal feel and energy on the Levitt Lawn.
- Encourages a feeling of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
Application Requirements:
ArtsQuest will utilize a Formstack application to collect information on interested artists. The full application can be found here. There is no charge for artists to apply. Please note, the application is to gather interested artists and review past completed work. Finalists will then be notified on December 19, 2025 to design an original art piece based on the scope of work of this project.
