Frequently Asked Questions

Concerts are rain or shine. Occasionally performances may be delayed, shortened, postponed, or cancelled due to weather. In the event of a temporary weather evacuation, guests on Levitt Lawn must evacuate to the safety of the ArtsQuest Center and/or the Bethlehem Visitors Center presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health (as space allows) or to the safety of their vehicles in the parking lot.

• Friends and Family 
• Blankets or folding chairs. Please note: any personal items dropped off on the lawn prior to the show are at your own risk. The Lawn is not monitored for your belongings.  
• Food and Beverages are available at The Mack Truck Stop as well as the Palette & Pour restaurant on the first floor of the ArtsQuest Center. 
• Coolers are permitted (non-alcoholic beverages and food only) on LEVITT LAWN only. Coolers are NOT permitted on the Air Products Town Square.  
• A positive attitude. Please be courteous, respectful and mindful of those around you.  
• SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED on the Levitt Lawn.

• Mantas o sillas plegables. Tenga en cuenta: cualquier  artículo personal que se deje en el césped antes del espectáculo es bajo su propia responsabilidad. El césped (The Lawn) no es monitoreado teniendo en mente sus pertenencias.

Pets are permitted on the Levitt Lawn. Pets are NOT permitted on the Town Square (except for Service Animals). Exotic animals such as birds and reptiles (snakes and lizards) are NOT permitted. Please follow a few simple doggie do’s and don’ts: 

• Pets must be leashed and wellbehaved at all times. 
• Please remember to clean up after your pets. Dog waste stations are located by the flywheel for your convenience. 
• Handler must be a responsible adult. 
• All pets must display current license and vaccination tags. 
• Service Animals: All service animals must be trained to perform a task. Comfort pets are not considered service animals by the Americans With Disabilities Act and are therefore not permitted on Air Products Town Square or inside the ArtsQuest Center or Bethlehem Visitor Center presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health. 

Se permiten mascotas en el Levitt Lawn. NO se permiten mascotas en la Town Square (excepto animales de servicio). No se permiten animales exóticos como aves y reptiles (serpientes y lagartos). Algunas reglas simples sobre lo que los perros deben y no deben hacer son:  

• Las mascotas deben tener correa y comportarse bien en todo momento.  
• Recuerde limpiar los desechos de sus mascotas. Las estaciones de excrementos para perros están ubicadas junto al volante para su comodidad.  
• El manejador debe ser un adulto responsable.  
• Todas las mascotas deben mostrar una licencia vigente y etiquetas de vacunación.  
• Animales de servicio: Todos los animales de servicio deben estar entrenados para realizar una tarea. Las mascotas de confort no se consideran animales de servicio según la Ley de Estadounidenses con Discapacidades (Americans with Disabilities Act) y, por lo tanto, no están permitidas en Air Products Town Square ni dentro del ArtsQuest Center o el Centro de Visitantes de Bethlehem (Bethlehem Visitor Center Presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health). 

Weapons of any kind  

• Illicit drugs 
• Bringing in outside alcohol or exiting with alcoholic beverages from the site. 
• Smoking on Levitt Lawn, Town Square, in tented areas or inside any buildings on the ArtsQuest at SteelStacks Campus.  
• Smoking is permitted outdoors in areas away from guests, tents and building entries.  
• Unauthorized audio/video recording. 
• Unauthorized soliciting and protesting. 
• Bikes, skateboards and roller blades.  
• Amplified audio devices (megaphones, radios, etc.)  
• Laser pointers 
• Climbing on any structures, scaffold towers or stages.  
• Defacing property within the grounds will result in prosecution.
• Drones 
• Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. 
• Tailgating in parking lots at any time including but not limited to consuming alcoholic beverages, grilling, blocking traffic lanes and/or parking spaces with chairs. 

• Armas de cualquier tipo

• Bicicletas, patinetas, patines.  
• Dispositivos de audio amplificado (megáfonos, radios, etc.)  
• Punteros laser.  
• Subir a cualquier estructura, torres de andamios o  escenarios.  
• Dañar las fachadas de la propiedad dentro de las instalaciones (esto resultará en un proceso penal).  
• Drones. 
• Se deben usar zapatos y camisas en todo momento.  
• Seguir demasiado cerca a otros vehiculos en los estacionamientos en cualquier omento, incluyendo, entre otros, el consume de Bebidas alcoholicas, hacer parrilladas, bloquear carriles de transito y/o espacios de estacionamiento con sillas.  

Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks is located at 789 E. First St. on the SteelStacks campus in south Bethlehem. SteelStacks can be accessed from Third Street (Route 412) via Founders Way or First Street. Parking for Levitt Pavilion at SteelStacks is FREE. We’re 100% wheelchair accessible.

The Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks is equipped with an assisted listening system to enhance audio accessibility for guests in need. 

Assisted listening is conveniently available for all performances at the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks using your own earpods/headphones/other listening aides via the app ListenWIFI. Using your personal headphones or listening aide while connected to the app, you will hear sound directly from the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks stage. 

• To access the app while in the direct vicinity of the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks stage:  
  • Log into our Wifi Network  
  • Wifi Network: Levitt Lawn, Password: Steelstacks! 
  • Download the Listen WIFI app 
  • Scan the QR Code
• Guests may use compatible personal hearing aids with T-coil technology 
• Advance requests to our box office (tickets@artsquest.org ) are recommended to ensure device availability 

The Levitt Pavilion is a grass lawn with a slight grade. There are large cement seating blocks at the rear of the lawn that can be used for seating. Visitors are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs to non-gated/free performances at the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks.
