Better Impact now offers a feature that allows us to send text messages directly to your mobile phone, so you stay informed about schedule changes or cancellations as soon as they happen. With festival season coming up, up-to-date communication is essential, and this helps us keep everyone in the loop.
Participation is completely optional! If you prefer not to receive text messages, no worries at all. But if you’d like to opt in, just follow the steps below!

This tool is simply meant for quick updates, especially since emails can sometimes get lost or overlooked (I know I don’t always check my personal inbox every day, and I imagine some of you can relate!).

Volunteers need to opt in to text messaging themselves through their profile. Here’s how they do it:
- Log into MyImpactPage.com
- Go to MY PROFILE >> Contact Information
- Scroll to the “Text Messaging” section
- Check the box “I want to receive text messages on my cell phone”
- Select their country and enter their mobile number
- Click Save
