Meet the Teaching Artist
Isriya McFillin is an artist with a background in fashion design. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and holds a fine arts degree from Santa Monica College in California.
With more than a decade of experience as a fashion designer in both Los Angeles and New York, Isriya has worked with major brands including Mek Denim, Guess, and Nordstrom, along with many smaller boutique labels designed in L.A. and N.Y. and produced domestically and internationally. She brings that experience into her fashion illustration workshops, where she shares practical skills, creative guidance, and a love for personal expression through art and style.
Her workshops are relaxed, beginner-friendly, and approachable, offering students of all ages and experience levels a supportive place to explore fashion illustration, personal style, and creative expression.
