Visual Poetry Explorations
Discover the powerful connection between words and images in this inspiring, hands-on class led by artist and poet Beth Krumholz. Through poetry, collage, and mixed-media techniques, you’ll explore creative expression while transforming personal ideas into meaningful visual and written works.
Using engaging writing prompts—including list poems, response poems, travel poems, and other imaginative exercises—you’ll learn techniques for generating fresh ideas, revising your work, and finding your unique voice. Participants will have the opportunity to share their writing in a supportive environment and practice thoughtful, constructive feedback.
Whether you’re an experienced writer or artist, or simply curious about exploring your creativity, this welcoming class is designed for all skill levels. No previous experience in poetry or visual art is required—just bring your curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to imagine.
