Sketch Comedy Writing 101 with Jiah Peck
In Sketch Comedy Writing 101, students will learn the fundamentals of producing sketch comedy for the stage. We’ll explore how to turn your funny ideas into scripts and learn actionable advice to get them to the next level. Students will be expected to write between classes and meet weekly deadlines. The last three weeks will be devoted to revising scripts and collaborating with outside acting talent, who will bring your work to life at the graduation show.
Highly recommended to bring a laptop computer to class each week.
No experience necessary!
