ArtsQuest Invites the Community to Help Build the Future of Creativity in the Lehigh Valley

Public phase of the Re-Imagine That! Capital Campaign begins to support the Creative Factory powered by PPL and Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health Turn & Grind Shop

Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, PA, November 3, 2026 –  After years of planning, dreaming and building, ArtsQuest is inviting the community to help carry one of the most ambitious investments in arts and culture in the organization’s history across the finish line.

Today, ArtsQuest officially launches the public phase of the Re-Imagine That! Capital Campaign giving individuals and families throughout the community an opportunity to support two South Side projects—the ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL and the Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health Turn & Grind Shop.

All contributions will help ensure these new spaces can inspire creativity, expand access to arts education and experiences, preserve Bethlehem’s industrial heritage and create new opportunities for community connection for generations to come.

As co-chairs of the Re-Imagine That! Capital Campaign, Gregg and Cindy Feinberg have helped champion the vision for these projects, working alongside ArtsQuest leadership and community supporters to build momentum for the campaign

“The Re-Imagine That! Capital Campaign has been an extraordinary example of what our community can accomplish when we come together around a shared vision,” said Gregg and Cindy Feinberg, co-chairs of the Re-Imagine That! Capital Campaign. “We’ve been inspired by the generosity and commitment of so many individuals, businesses and organizations who believe in the power of arts and culture to strengthen our region. Now, as we invite the broader community to join us, we want everyone to know that they have an opportunity to be part of something truly significant. Every contribution, regardless of size, is an investment in the future of the Lehigh Valley and the generations who will benefit from these spaces.”

“Re-Imagine That! has always been about more than buildings. It’s about what becomes possible inside them, whether that’s a child discovering a love of art, an artist finding a place to create, a family making a memory together, or thousands of people gathering in a space that honors Bethlehem’s history while looking towards its future,” said Kassie Hilgert, President & CEO of ArtsQuest. “So many generous sponsors, donors and partners have helped bring us to this moment, and now we are inviting the entire community to be part of what comes next. Every gift, at every level, helps us build a lasting legacy of creativity, access and connection for the Lehigh Valley.”

The ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL

Located on the site of the former Banana Factory, the five-story ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL is beginning to welcome students, artists, makers and visitors as its fall soft launch brings the building to life ahead of its formal grand opening in January. The new facility expands opportunities for visual arts education, exhibitions, performance, hands-on making and artistic exploration for people of all ages.

Designed as a community resource where people can experience art and creativity throughout the year, the Creative Factory includes visual arts studios, galleries, Air Products MakerSpace, the Joe & Corey Bergstein Theater, the Martin Guitar Recording Studio, the Farr Family Glass Studio, dedicated classrooms and community gathering spaces.

Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health Turn & Grind Shop

On the SteelStacks campus, the 27,000-square-foot Turn & Grind Shop is a former, 155-year-old Bethlehem Steel building that is being revitalized as a flexible, multi-purpose venue for exhibitions, community gatherings, private and corporate events, and expanded programming during signature ArtsQuest festivals including Musikfest, Christkindlmarkt presented by Univest Financial and Oktoberfest presented by Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE). The Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health Turn & Grind Shop will preserve a vital piece of Bethlehem’s industrial heritage and give the historic structure new purpose.

The public phase of the capital campaign will continue until the grand opening of the venue in summer 2027.

Your Gift Becomes Part of the Story

Every donor makes a difference. Whether a gift is $100, $250, $500, $1,000 or more, each contribution helps ArtsQuest create a lasting legacy of creativity, education, economic impact and community connection.

To recognize those who help bring this vision to life, ArtsQuest is offering special opportunities at each level of giving. Donors who contribute $250 will receive a handcrafted glass ornament as a token of ArtsQuest’s appreciation. At the $500 level, donors will be invited to the new glass studio at the Creative Factory powered by PPL to create a piece of glass that will become part of a permanent installation in the building. Donors who give $750 will have the opportunity to create a larger piece for the installation, while those who contribute $1,250 will be invited to create both pieces. Together, these individually crafted works will create a lasting representation of the community whose generosity helped make the Creative Factory and the larger Re-Imagine That! vision possible.
