ArtsQuest Announces First Ever Plant Bingo with The Wicked Botanist

Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, PA, September 3, 2026 – ArtsQuest is excited to announce Plant Bingo with The Wicked Botanist, a new event designed for plant lovers and aspiring plant lovers. Join us September 13 at 2 p.m. for a botanical twist on classic bingo and the chance to win prizes perfect for any green thumb.

“Plant Bingo is a fun way to bring together two things we know many in our community love: games and plants,” said Alexis Kuczek, ArtsQuest Experiential Programming Specialist. “We’re always looking for new, affordable ways for people to get out, connect and have a good time, and this event gives guests the chance to do all three – with the added bonus of going home with a great new plant.”

Prizes will include 10 plants throughout the evening, featuring Monstera, Aglaonema, Philodendron, Syngonium, Pothos, succulents and more. Winners will receive a mix of plants in their nursery pots or paired with planters, with all varieties selected to be relatively easy to care for and suitable for indoor growing year-round. The grand prize is a large Variegated Monstera with a pot. Each plant will also include a care tag with helpful information for its new owner.

Each ticket includes one full bingo book, featuring three boards per game for 10 games, plus automatic entry into the ArtsQuest raffle. The raffle offers guests the chance to win tickets to ArtsQuest events, including concerts, comedy shows and film screenings.

“From the beginning, The Wicked Botanist has been about making plants approachable and helping people discover that they can be successful plant parents with the right tools and guidance,” said Dawn Ash, Owner of The Wicked Botanist. “I lived in Bethlehem for many years, and when it came time to open a store, there was nowhere else I could imagine. The support of the Bethlehem and Lehigh Valley community has been a driving force behind every step of this little plant shop. We’re excited to bring our unique selection of plants, along with our care knowledge, to an event where both longtime plant lovers and aspiring plant people can have some fun.”
