Yingying Huang
Yingying Huang is a Lecturer of Chinese at Lafayette College, where she teaches courses on the Monkey King, Chinese science fiction, and Chinese-language cinema. Her research interests include Chinese literature and culture of the long nineteenth century, travel writing, gender studies, and science fiction. She is currently writing a book titled The Alien Eye, which examines late nineteenth-century Chinese representations of China through foreign perspectives.
