Mushroom Luminary Workshop
Embrace your inner cottagecore style with this beginner friendly ceramic luminary class! Students will get to make their own mushroom luminary using slab & handbuilding techniques. Mushrooms will be underglazed by students, and then will be clear glazed by the instructor before the final firing. Final work will be ready for pick up approx. 4-6 weeks following class. A complimentary LED tea light is included with each luminary, available when picking up the final piece.
Nicole Gencarelli
Nicole Gencarelli is an arts administrator and artist based in the Lehigh Valley. Her artistic background is in painting, fiber arts, printmaking, mixed media, and art history. She has an ongoing fiber series of animal skeleton embroideries, which are inspired by her childhood fondness for natural history and natural curiosities. Her work has been exhibited locally and regionally since 2010.
