Exploring Painting
Explore all the wonderful varieties and techniques of painting in this 3-session introductory course. This class is designed for participants to explore the different types of paint – water soluble oil, watercolor, and acrylic – and their applications. Each week, the teacher will guide participants through a still life painting project using a different type of paint. This class is great for beginners and novice painters interested in learning more about painting techniques.
Maison Allen
Maison Allen is an artist and educator based in the Lehigh Valley. Her artistic background and education is focused on painting but she has a fascination with all kinds of art, exploring a variety of media from ceramics to printmaking. Her work focuses on capturing the beauty of small moments in our daily lives.
