Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, PA. November 10, 2025 – ArtsQuest is excited to present a special edition of Toddler Storytime on November 13 featuring Hi Friends of Lehigh Valley, a Ms. Rachel-inspired bilingual (English/Spanish) toddler program blending music, movement, early literacy and parent participation.
This exciting free event will take place at the Bethlehem Visitor Center at SteelStacks presented by Lehigh Valley Health Network part of Jefferson Health, welcoming families to sing, dance and learn together in a fun, interactive environment.
Each session unfolds like a joyful routine designed to engage little learners from start to finish, beginning with a cheerful welcome song and name call-outs to help everyone feel included. Awilda with Hi Friends will then lead a lively read-aloud, featuring interactive prompts and favorite picture books like Con Pollo, before transitioning into movement and music time filled with call-and-response songs and simple actions. A short “Spanish Sprinkles” mini-lesson introduces colors, feelings, animals and first words in Spanish, wrapping up with a goodbye song and a perfect photo moment for families.
The special Hi Friends of Lehigh Valley Storytime complements ArtsQuest’s ongoing Toddler Storytime series, a weekly partnership between ArtsQuest and the Bethlehem Area Public Library. Regular Toddler Storytime sessions run September through early June, every Thursday from 10 – 10:30 a.m. In addition, a bilingual/Spanish story time is held on the second Thursday of each month.
