Thank you to everyone who attended our 4th annual Ambassador Mixer during Oktoberfest! We had 65 ambassadors join us for an evening featuring catering from our friends at Heaven on a Bun and beverages served by our operations team and other staff members who came out to spend time with our volunteers. ArtsQuest’s President and CEO was also in attendance and gave a speech before the event kicked off. Volunteers also participated in four rounds of speed trivia on Kahoot! hosted by Volunteer Coordinator Michael Koehler. Each round had a different theme, and the winner received a $100 gift card to either Urban Table or Chop House, courtesy of Wind Creek Casino. Shoutout to all our round winners listed below!

Ambassador Mixer 2026!
It was a wonderful evening and one that we, as staff, look forward to every year. While we’re on the topic, I’m excited to officially announce that the Ambassador Program will return in 2027! This is great news for volunteers who are not currently ambassadors but are interested in the program. More information will follow in upcoming emails. In the meantime, for those wondering: What is the Ambassador Program?
The ArtsQuest Ambassador Program is a training program for volunteers who are looking to increase their involvement with ArtsQuest and take on even greater responsibilities in new roles. Ambassadors are experts on the organization and use their knowledge and skills to represent ArtsQuest and their fellow volunteers as well as dedicate time to the mission and values of the organization.
The Ambassador Program is perfect for those interested in joining an ArtsQuest Board or Committee or help at special events beyond the usual volunteer opportunities.
Goals of the ArtsQuest Ambassador Program:
- Provide Volunteers with lessons from ArtsQuest staff members, focused on how we achieve our mission throughout the year.
- Identify the next class of volunteers who are willing to give time each month and at a variety of ArtsQuest events.
- Empower volunteers to be a resource for ArtsQuest guests, staff, and their fellow volunteers.
If you think you’d be a good fit and are interested in applying to become an ambassador, applications will be sent out next month with classes planned to start in January of 2027. We’re looking forward to welcoming a new class of ambassadors!
