In this 1994 adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s classic, the March sisters confront growing pains, financial shortages, family tragedies, and romantic rivalries in mid-19th-century Massachusetts. Jo struggles for independence and sometimes clashes with her beloved mother and her sisters Meg, Amy, and Beth. She also contends with their cranky Aunt March, their impulsive neighbor Laurie, and kindly linguistics professor Friedrich Bhaer.
Kate Gallagher Ott
Kate started working at the ArtsQuest Box Office in 2010 as a box office assistant and has been managing the department since 2021. A Bethlehem native, she graduated from Bethlehem Catholic High School in 2005, has been to every Musikfest since she was born, and never turns down a Pott’s hot dog. She graduated from St. John’s University in 2009 and traveled around Europe with their study abroad program in 2008.
When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her husband, Steve, their giant cat, Pete, and her friends and family. She is a big fantasy nerd and will read any book or play any video game with magic and dragons in it. She also loves to cook, do yoga, sit outside by a fire pit, and cheer on the Phillies.
