Artist Consignment Program
Open to local artists and makers, the artist consignment program at the ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL offers artists a unique opportunity to sell their work in our retail area, and offers community members access to affordable and unique handmade pieces. Purchases directly support local artists/makers while also supporting ArtsQuest’s programs and mission.

Why be part of our artist consignment space?
- Competitive commission rate at 40% commission to ArtsQuest and 60% of the sale price paid directly to the artist
- Retail space representation on the 1st floor of the ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL, with exposure to heavy foot traffic located near the main entrance off 3rd Street.
- Sales processed through ArtsQuest POS systems during building hours (Building open seven days a week)
- Sales payouts every 30 days/monthly
Due to limited space, we are curating a selection of items we are currently accepting as part of the artist consignment program. Please see below for items we are currently looking for and items we are passing on for now. Artists may be put on a waitlist depending on current inventory, even if items submitted are part of accepted mediums. Any questions, please contact aqcfmerch@artsquest.org.
Mediums accepted include:
- Ceramics (kitchenware/ houseware functional items, plus a limited amount of decorative/fine art items)
- Jewelry (precious metals and stones, polymer clay/ceramic-based jewelry)
- Woodworking (kitchenware/ houseware functional items, plus a limited amount of decorative/fine art items)
- Printmaking & Alt Process Photos (Lino/block, screen, risograph, lithography, Cyanotype, letterpress prints of one or multiple designs.)
- Currently, we are not accepting high-quality reproduction prints of original works
- We will accept greeting cards and other packaged stationery items featuring prints in the process listed above
- Hand-dyed, small batch Yarn
- Knitted or crocheted items (Must be original designs of the artist)
- Needle felted items (Must be original designs of the artist)
- Hand-stitched embroidery, cross stitch, or weavings (Must be original designs of the artist, no purchased designs please)
- Sewn Items/wearables (small items or accessories only, please, no sized items. Must be original designs of the artist)
- Stained glass, mosaics, fused glass, and blown glass items (kitchenware/ houseware functional items, plus a limited amount of decorative/fine art items)
- Artist-designed stickers/enamel pins
- Handcrafted fine leather items ( i.e., wallets, journals, belts, and keyrings)
- Zines/Artist Books
- Resin Items
Items we are passing on (for now!)
- Apparel (small items like bags or accessories are acceptable in the mediums listed above, but larger/sized apparel items like shirts and jackets are a no)
- Soaps/locations/personal hygiene products
- Candles
- 3-D printed items
- Digital Photograph Prints (digital photo prints on paper, metal, canvas, etc.)
- High-quality reproduction prints of original works (example: Giclée prints)
- Food/Consumable items/products
We do not accept any MLM products or products that use generative AI to create designs. ArtsQuest reserves the right to terminate any consignment contract(s) with artists if work is found to be using generative AI.
Calendar/Deadline to Apply
While this is a rolling submission form, artists interested in being part of the 1st round of accepted artists should submit their applications by Sunday, September 20th, 2026.

- Artists who have submitted by September 20th, 2026 will be juried and notified of their status around September 25th, 2026.
- Accepted artists for that first round should have inventory ready to be dropped off to the Creative Factory by early October 2026. Details will be sent to accepted artists.
