Meet the Teaching Artist
Dan Comiskey is a painter and illustrator who lives in Bethlehem PA. A self taught artist, Dan has been working with soft pastels for 9 years now, as well as a variety of other mediums. For him, artistic expression is an emotional outlet. His favorite subjects are landscapes, and much of his time that is not spent painting, is spent adventuring in search of a new source of inspiration.
So much of Dan’s motivation to create comes from the desire to give to others. This means there have been many gifted pet portraits, sentimental landscapes, and unique decorative trinkets. He also does commissioned work, and exhibits locally.
