Patriot Day

September 11, 2026
Join us at SteelStacks as we honor the countless individuals in the Lehigh Valley who put themselves in harm’s way every day.
This special event celebrates our nation’s first responders, law enforcement agencies, firefighters, military and emergency medical personnel. Highlighting the evening is the Our Hometown Heroes banner display, showcasing the amazing men and women who make a difference in our community day-in and day-out!
Our Hometown Heroes - First Responders
Presented by Embassy Bank
For the 13th year, the Hometown Heros – First Responders Display will transform the SteelStacks Campus into a living memorial honoring our hometown First Responders. Throughout the month of September, the campus will be draped with images of local First Responders as a display of the appreciation and gratitude for their sacrifices and contributions. The banners will display photos of the First Responders, their rank, departments, era of service, and hometown.
Photos will be accepted using the link below starting July 1 through July 31.
Photos can also be dropped off in person at a local Embassy Bank branch or at the ArtsQuest Center at 101 Founders Way in Bethlehem. All hard copies will be returned promptly to the location where they were originally submitted.
Images must be of high-resolution jpeg, tiff, bitmap or PDF file. Color photographs, as well as black and white photos will be accepted. All images submitted in previous years will automatically be displayed as part of the “Our Hometown Heroes” display.
