Project Planning for Muralmaking (Part 1)

Join ArtsQuest for a comprehensive three-part training series designed for artists, administrators, and community leaders interested in facilitating impactful public mural projects. Led by Philadelphia-based arts leader and muralist Joseph Eduardo Iacona, this series covers the essential logistical, technical, and creative planning skills needed to bring a mural from concept to completion.

Discover the foundational steps for organizing a community-engaged mural. We will cover early-stage project management, including developing timelines, managing budgets, and building inclusive community and stakeholder engagement strategies. This comprehensive approach will help you design and plan collaboratively from start to finish. These key learnings are vital for both artists and administrators working together to launch a successful mural project.
