Sangriafest, Tacofest & Ginvitational: A Trio of Culinary and Beverage Adventures

Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, PA, March 18, 2026 – ArtsQuest is thrilled to announce the return of three fan-favorite festivals Sangriafest presented by Service Electric Caple TV & Communications (May 16, 2026), Tacofest presented by Cazadores (May 31, 2026) and the Ginvitational (June 14, 2026).

From refreshing sangrias and bold margaritas to craft spirits and global flavors, this trio of culinary and beverage celebrations delivers three can’t-miss weekends of food, drinks, music and community in the heart of Bethlehem.

 

Sangriafest SteelStacks presented by Service Electric Cable TV & Communications is back again, offering a day of sipping and socializing to unofficially kick off your summer season. This event takes place on May 16, 2026, at 2 p.m.- 5 p.m. with VIP access starting at 1 p.m. Enjoy unlimited samples of 12 different sangrias, including returning favorites: Red Berry, White Peach and Pink Lemonade flavors. VIP, General Admission and Designated Driver tickets are available at artsquest.org. This event is 21+.

 
VIP Ticketholders receive:

  • EXCLUSIVE access to the event from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
  • All-day access to the VIP area, including a grazing bar of charcuterie and light bites.
  • Unlimited* samples of 4 VIP exclusive sangrias.

*Wineries may limit the number of samples at their individual booth at their discretion.

Tacofest presented by Cazadores is back and bigger than ever! Taking place on May 31, 2026, from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. with VIP access starting at 12 p.m., spend the afternoon exploring bold flavors from taco vendors across the Lehigh Valley and beyond while enjoying live music, festive drinks, crowd-favorite experiences like Margarita Madness and the beloved SteelStacks Chihuahua Beauty Contest and much more!

From classic street tacos to inventive new creations, Tacofest presented by Cazadores is a celebration of food, fun and friendly competition.

Margarita Madness ticket holders receive:

  • Early admission to Tacofest (12 p.m.- 1 p.m.).
  • Up to 12 1-oz samples at Margarita Madness (1 p.m.- 3 p.m.) in the Musikfest Cafe, where restaurants from all around the Lehigh Valley will be competing to see who has the best margarita! All restaurants will also have alcohol-free versions of their margarita available upon request.
  • Access to an unlimited chips, guacamole, salsa, queso and rice & beans bar for the duration of Margarita Madness.

 

Now celebrating its fifth year, The Ginvitational returns on June 14, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. as a refined cocktail and culinary experience featuring premium spirits, curated tastings and elevated bites from some of the region’s top restaurants. VIP access begins at 11 a.m. Join us for a cocktail and food celebration featuring bourbon, vodka, gin and much more. The well-loved Aperol Spritz table and Negroni bar will be back again, thanks to our friends at Campari!

Guests can sample spirits from a long list of local, national and international distillers, including the Ginvitational VIP Lounge sponsor Edrington. Edrington will showcase its premium portfolio, including No.3 Gin, Brugal Rum, Highland Park and Wyoming Whiskey. Culinary partners include local restaurants, including Colonial Pizza, Sette Luna, Stoke Pizza, Okatshe and La Maya generously sponsored by the Ginvitational food sponsor, YMI Insurance.     • “Building Bitters” – Guests will learn all about bitters and will assemble aromatics and botanicals to build their own. Each guest will leave with their own bitters and learn how to make quick bitters with immersion blenders or using the slower, infusion method.
  • A commemorative wooden cocktail cutting board, to celebrate our FIFTH year of The Ginvitational.
  • Access to the Edrington Platinum Lounge.

Program Seminars

  • “Wasting Away in Margaritaville” – Guests will participate in a discussion about tequila and learn margarita techniques.
  • “Build Better with Bitters” – This seminar will teach guests how to use bitters to enhance flavors and aromas in cocktails.
  • “Japanese Cocktail Culture” With Special Guest Speaker Jeff Karlovitch (Master Blender Kaiyo Whiskey and Kelt Cognac) guests will explore choices in wood and how it impacts spirits as well as a classic Japanese cocktail!
  • “Scotchy, scotch, scotch” – Guests will learn the difference from other whiskeys, styles and classic cocktails.
  • “From Grape to Grappa” – An exciting event that features turning fruit into spirits.
