2025 celebrated over 14 years on the Levitt Pavilion lawn and the inaugural season of ArtsQuest Friday Concerts at Union Terrace Amphitheater in Allentown! These wonderful programs provide free music and entertainment throughout the summer for all local residents to enjoy and aren’t possible without the support of fantastic corporate and community partners like Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health. We recently caught up with our friends at Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health about their organization’s commitment to ArtsQuest and our mission to provide free music programming and more to all the communities in the Lehigh Valley. Here’s what they had to say:
ArtsQuest: How does Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health choose the organizations you partner with?

AQ: Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health is not only the presenting sponsor of the Levitt Pavilion Free Concert Season but also our new ArtsQuest’s Friday Concerts at Union Terrace Amphitheater and the new Christkindlmarkt expansion Winter Wonderland (which will use the Levitt Pavilion stage for performances throughout the festival). What drove your decision to support free live music in these communities?
LVHN, part of Jefferson Health: Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health, has a passion for making Lehigh Valley a vibrant place to live, work and play. So does ArtsQuest, which makes this a harmonic partnership. We are committed to helping improve the health of our communities as proactive health care partners. Just as there are health benefits to listening to music, we know the importance of the sense of community created by these concerts and events.
AQ: Is there a performance at either Levitt Pavilion Concert Series or ArtsQuest’s Friday Concerts at Union Terrace Amphitheater that has really surprised you how amazing / talented they were?
LVHN, part of Jefferson Health: We feel that all the performances hosted by ArtsQuest are amazing. We can’t pick just one! The number of free shows offered to our community by ArtsQuest is simply remarkable, and we are proud to be a partner to help make that possible.
AQ: As a huge supporter of ArtsQuest for over 25 years, what is your favorite program or event at ArtsQuest?
LVHN, part of Jefferson Health: Any opportunity where we get to work with the wonderful team at ArtsQuest is our favorite. However, we would say that among the most beloved events is Musikfest. As the official healthcare provider for this event, so many of our colleagues play an important role by volunteering to staff our first aid tents throughout the festival. Over 230 LVHN colleagues volunteer each year at this event. To see that overwhelming support from our colleagues is always incredible.
AQ: What are some other initiatives and community programs Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health is involved with?
LVHN, part of Jefferson Health: We pride ourselves on the deep-rooted partnerships we hold within the Lehigh Valley community. We feel lucky to work with many different types of community organizations. Within those groups, we work with so many wonderful community members, who are also looking to achieve the mutual goal of improving the health and wellness of local residents.
AQ: We know Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health is not just as a place for health services. What is something you wish more people knew about Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health?
LVHN, part of Jefferson Health: We would want our community to know that our commitment to improving lives extends beyond patient care. We offer a range of dedicated community programs and clinics that provide key resources and education, as well as crucial screenings and care for those who need it. When LVHN teamed up with Jefferson Health, we made a commitment to invest in our community’s well-being, and we are working together to build healthier communities.
