ArtsQuest Creative Factory
The ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL is a new 80,000-square-foot, five-story hub of visual arts, education and creativity on Bethlehem’s Southside purpose-built to spark imagination and innovation.
The Creative Factory has risen on the site of the former Banana Factory to offer expanded access to classes, studios, galleries, performances and educational programming seven days a week including brand new and expansive spaces including a recording studio, media lab, a maker’s space, dedicated studios for jewelry-making, mosaics, ceramics, hot glass, expanded collaborative spaces for volunteers, artists, teachers, visitors and much more.
This exciting space is intentionally designed to empower the community to explore creativity, experience the arts, learn new skills and bring bold ideas to life in a welcoming, collaborative environment.
Current estimates have the new facility opening at the end of 2026/beginning of 2027.
ArtsQuest Studio Artist Program at the Creative Factory
The ArtsQuest Creative Factory powered by PPL offers rent –subsidized studios to local artists in an environment that fosters creativity and collaboration. Artists interested in becoming an ArtsQuest Studio Artist should be dedicated to their work and interested in being part of a community of fellow artists. Artists must also align with ArtsQuest’s mission of providing the surrounding community access to arts, culture, and educational programs.
