It’s almost that time of year again! Musikfest 2026 volunteer signups are right around the corner. Early signups will open on April 1st (not a joke, we promise!) for volunteers who have participated in Musikfest for 20 or more years. Signups for all other volunteers will open on April 15th. An email with the link to the online application page will be sent out on both dates at midnight!
For those who prefer to sign up in person, we will be hosting application days on the 2nd floor of the Visitor’s Center on the following dates:
- Tuesday, April 1st from 6–8pm (20+ Year Volunteers only)
- Tuesday, April 15th from 6–8pm (all other volunteers)
Once your application is submitted, we review them in the order they are received and do our best to meet your preferences. Schedules are typically completed within a few weeks, and once yours is finalized, we’ll email you a copy to confirm your dates.

Organizing the largest nongated music festival in the nation is no small feat, and it simply would not be possible without the dedication and support of our volunteers. We truly cannot say it enough.
