Part of the LGBTQ+ Film Series. Taiwanese-born new-media visionary Shu Lea Cheang directs this avant-anarcho ecosatire, in which a lesbian couple—winningly played by Erin McMurtry and Sarita Choudhury, star of Mira Nair’s MISSISSIPPI MASALA—living on Staten Island find themselves ensnared in a vast conspiracy involving a ghost ship of nuclear refuse, ominous television commercials, and deadly cat food.

This exciting FREE program is part of a partnership between ArtsQuest and The Bethlehem Area Public Library. Join us as we look, listen, sing, and have fun with picture books in the Visitor Center at SteelStacks. Led by Bethlehem Area Public Library librarians and ArtsQuest staff members, we will celebrate pictures books with a different art theme each week. Toddler Storytime runs from September through the beginning of June, every Thursday at 10-10:30 a.m. at the SteelStacks campus, with a Bilingual/Spanish Toddler Storytime every second Thursday of the month.

Come show us what you've got and sing your heart out. This weekly open mic features acoustic performances only, feel free to bring a djembe or box drum, but no full bands please. Signups begin at 6:30 P.M.

Pink Talking Fish is a Hybrid Tribute Fusion Act that takes the music from three of the world's most beloved bands and creates a special treat for fans of the music. Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish are all more than just bands... they are Phenomenons. Their creations have artistically inspired people and their mind-blowing live performances have brought people together to form a sense of community around the love for their favorite bands.

This fun three week class,students will be introduced to the basics of drawing various styles of cartoons & anime. The instructor will go over form,volume,proportion, design,shading, and color, and students will leave with various designs of their favorite characters, as well as original designs!
