Three is the Magic Number Workshop
Let’s face it, three person dynamics are inevitably off-kilter. In this workshop we’ll tackle different exercises aimed at capturing the imbalance, tension, and comedic potential to create fabulously entertaining three person scenes.
Recommended for improv students with at least Improv 101 experience.
Students must be 18 or older by the first day of class.
Elana Fishbein
Elana Fishbein is a teacher and improvisor at the Magnet Theater in New York City where she can be seen performing weekly with the Armando Diaz Experience. Her two-woman play, Sisters Three, devised entirely through improv, was a New York Times Critics’ Pick. Elana has worked with students of all ages, designing improv curriculum and facilitating workshops for corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions around the world. Elana holds an M.A. in Educational Theater from NYU and B.A. in Drama from Vassar College. For more information visit elanafishbein.com
