Play with Anybody
Every great improviser eventually learns this truth: it’s not about finding the “right” partner. It’s about being able to play with anyone. This workshop centers on adaptability, generosity, and real-time connection. Whether a scene partner is fast, slow, absurd, grounded, aggressive, quiet, experienced, or brand new, participants learn how to meet them where they are and make the scene work. The emphasis is on becoming a flexible player who can thrive in any pairing or team dynamic.
Cindy Marsh
Cindy Marsh is an improv instructor, performer, and enthusiastic believer in the power of “Yes, and.” She took her first improv class at ArtsQuest in 2011. Since then, she’s trained with some of the top improv schools and now brings that experience full circle, sharing it both on stage and in the classroom. She performs with her team Synced Up at SteelStacks in Bethlehem, PA, and teaches, coaches, and leads workshops through ArtsQuest and her Easton, PA–based company, Good Human Improv Company. Her classes are fun, supportive, and perfect for anyone ready to dive into improv.
