ArtsQuest’s Shayna Super Honored by Lehigh Valley Business With 2026 Women of Influence Award

Bethlehem, Lehigh Valley, PA. March 12, 2026 – ArtsQuest is thrilled to announce that Lehigh Valley Business has selected Shayna Super, Programming Director, as a 2026 Women of Influence recipient.

A member of the ArtsQuest organization since 2014, Super first served as an intern before joining the ArtsQuest programming team in 2019 and served as Executive Director of the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks from 2023-2025. As a dynamic leader in concert promotion, Super’s work not only brings high-impact concerts and events to the Lehigh Valley, but also strengthens the region’s cultural landscape while mentoring and uplifting the next generation of women in the industry through her deep commitment to collaboration and community-building partnerships.

“Shayna’s leadership has played an important role in shaping the live music experience at SteelStacks and throughout the Lehigh Valley,” said Kassie Hilgert, President and CEO of ArtsQuest. “From her time as Executive Director of Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks to her current role leading our music programming, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to artists, audiences and the power of music to bring communities together. We are thrilled to see her honored as a Women of Influence recipient.”

Women of Influence awards honor high-achieving women for their career accomplishments. The honorees are selected based on their professional experience, community involvement and commitment to mentoring.

Circle of Excellence honorees are women of longstanding, notable success in the community who are leading the way for other women. Women to Watch honors women leaders under the age of 35 who demonstrate outstanding professional accomplishments, community involvement and commitment to positive change. To be eligible for the awards, the honorees must live or work in the Greater Lehigh Valley region.

The honorees were selected by a panel of judges comprised of previous years’ Circle of Excellence honorees and the Lehigh Valley Business editorial team.

“The 2026 Women of Influence are inspiring leaders who have made significant contributions to the Lehigh Valley and beyond. They are high-achieving role models who mentor and encourage future generations to pursue their own paths and ambitions,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Lehigh Valley Business. “This year’s Circle of Excellence honorees are transformational leaders who have shattered glass ceilings, redefined possibilities and selflessly mentor the next generation. The Women to Watch are making an impact on the Lehigh Valley early in their careers. We are honored to celebrate these incredible women.”

This year’s Women of Influence will be honored at an awards celebration on May 6 at DeSales University Center, 2755 Station Avenue in Center Valley. A networking reception begins at 5 p.m. followed by dinner and an awards celebration at 6 p.m. The event hashtag is #LVBevents.

Attendance is limited. Honorees and sponsors get the first chance to secure tables. There are various sponsorship levels available, which include a table for guests, exhibit opportunities, the right to use the event logo, multimedia marketing and much more, depending on sponsorship level. Tables are only available with sponsorship.
