On October 9th, we were thrilled to host our 3rd Annual ArtsQuest Volunteer Ambassador Mixer on the Oktoberfest grounds. Around 75 ambassadors joined us, making this year’s gathering the most memorable yet! Delicious food was generously catered by our friends at Heaven on a Bun, while drinks were served by our incredible Ops team and ArtsQuest staff.
The evening kicked off with inspiring remarks from our CEO and President, Kassie Hilgert. From there, the fun continued with an Oktoberfest-themed scavenger hunt, where volunteers solved clues to uncover hidden golden dachshunds, which earned them a chance to spin the prize wheel!
Later on, the stage came alive with karaoke performances from a few brave, musically inclined volunteers. Whether singing solo or cheering from the crowd, everyone shared in the joy and laughter.
A heartfelt thank you to all who attended and helped make this event such a fantastic celebration for some of our most dedicated volunteers!
