Radiant HeART Paint & Breathe
Celebrate your creative power fueled by the energy of self-love—straight from the heART!
It starts with an inner journey guided by music and breathwork. You’ll move into an intuitive mix of watercolor painting and doodling from an uplifted state of self-love, non-judgement…and colorful energy!
Students will spend class creating a 12” x 9” water doodle painting of your heart’s radiant energy—you’ll discover a transformative process that works as many wonders on the inside as it does on paper.
This unique water doodling process offers a free-flowing experience where you let go of stress and expectations as you wildly self-express. You’ll leave with a painting that both honors and fortifies the wonder within your own creative heART.
No art experience required.
IMPORTANT:
The breathwork journey is best done lying down. Please bring a blindfold, yoga mat, and any blankets or cushions to make for the best experience.
