ArtsQuest – COVID-19 Protocols

Last updated 9/7/21

At ArtsQuest, the health and safety of everyone who supports, attends, works and volunteers at our events and programs is our top concern. As an organization, we have been closely monitoring all developments in regard to the coronavirus and its spread. We will continue to follow the latest CDC, state and local health guidelines. Additionally, we have placed signage at the entrance to our facilities, as well as throughout our venues stating the latest recommendations. Additionally, we have upgraded our HVAC air filtration system and will maintain heightened cleaning of the facility.

The CDC currently recommends, in order to maximize protection from COVID-19 and prevent possibly spreading it to others, that all persons (regardless of vaccination status) wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission. This currently includes Northampton County. Wearing a face covering – over both the nose and mouth – is recommended in our facilities, unless seated and actively eating or drinking.

PLEASE NOTE: We are working closely with artist management and some events/tours may have additional measures/procedures in place. Please check the individual web page listing for any event-specific requirements.

Any person experiencing fever or any other possible coronavirus symptoms should not visit or use any of ArtsQuest’s facilities or campuses. Any person visiting must follow appropriate ArtsQuest, state and federal guidelines. As is the risk of being anywhere outside your home, your presence at an ArtsQuest facility or campus may expose you or others to coronavirus. By virtue of being on our property and given this notice, you knowingly and voluntarily agree (i) to fully assume all coronavirus, health and other personal injury risks when you decide to visit ArtsQuest facilities and campuses and (ii) your use of ArtsQuest facilities, property, equipment, or services shall waive and release ArtsQuest from all coronavirus-related and other personal injury claims, liabilities, demands and damages that you or any of your guests or minor children might assert. If you disagree, please refrain from visiting or using ArtsQuest facilities or campuses until further notice. Thank you.
