ArtsQuest is inviting you to play in the 2021 “Emergency 18” Golf Tournament at the Steel Club in Hellertown, on Monday, September 20, 2021.

We are excited to offer the opportunity to get out and play a round to help with the expenses associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and having to cancel or re-imaging our programming calendar from the 4000+ programs we normally put on, down to just a few hundred in 2020.

ArtsQuest was among the first organizations to close our doors, and we will also be one of the last to get back up to our full programming calendar. With your help, we will make it through these challenging times, and we hope you consider sponsoring, playing or donating to assist in making this event a success!

Schedule for the day:

10:30 a.m. – Arrival, club drop off and registration begins

• Opportunity to purchase raffle tickets & pot of gold
• Driving range and putting green open for practice
• Pick up swag bags
• Pick up boxed lunch and eat in outdoor seating area or take on golf cart to enjoy while playing
• Complementary Coca Cola products along with Beer from Banko Beverage available

11:45 a.m. – All golfers return to carts

• Opening remarks from ArtsQuest staff, Presenting Sponsor, and golf course staff to review rules

12 p.m. – Shotgun start – team head out to assigned holes and begin play

• Beverage cart will be on the course providing access to cigars, snacks, and cocktails for purchase
• Three different stations on the course with coolers with complementary Coca Cola Products, and Beers from Banko Beverage
• Putting contest between 18th hole and 1st tee for all golfers

4:30 / 5 p.m. – All golfers should be done playing and should return to registration area to put their clubs to their vehicles

5 p.m. – Dinner

• Live music on the terrace
• Complementary beer, wine, and soda
• Cocktails for purchase
• Dinner served
• Awards for tournament and contests
• A word of thanks from ArtsQuest
