The ArtsQuest Center

The ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks is a dynamic, multi-use performing arts center, the likes of which you've never seen! Film, musical performances, community participation, dining and more are just a handful of ways this new building will be giving "wow" a home. Some of the details about what will be within the ArtsQuest Center's walls are below.

Musikfest Café

A music lover's paradise, the Musikfest Cafe is a multi-purpose concert venue, with an awe-inspiring, bird's eye view of the blast furnaces. The venue offers flexible seating arrangements and spectacular food and beverage service (from appetizers to dessert... and possibly even beyond!).

Blues, indie-rock, world, jazz, pop, gospel and rock are just a handful of the genres that will be presented at the cafe over the course of each year- we're talkin' more than 200 live performances annualy!

On Saturday mornings, the Musikfest Cafe will host ArtsQuest's popular KidTunes series, where parents and kids can rock out to engaging, family friendly bands who entertain and educate at the same time. The Cafe will also host live music brunches on Sundays!

Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas

Enjoy the best in independent, foreign, scientific and documentary film at this new, state-the-art alehouse style cinema. Both theaters (a 100-seat and a 200-seat) offer comfortable seating- and, you can bring drinks into the cinemas! Yes, that means beer and wine.

Each day, the film Bethlehem: The Christmas City will be screened. The film is a 30-minute look at the history of Bethlehem and, in particular, Bethlehem Steel.

Blast Furnace Room

Located on the mezzanine level of the ArtsQuest Center, this multi-purpose community space offers a fantastic view of the blast furnaces and the Creativity Commons, there are three walls of glass! The Blast Furnace Room will provide great space for social and corporate events, workshops, intimate performances and more!

Creativity Commons

The Creativity Commons is located on the ground floor of the ArtsQuest Center, and is set up for a multitude of uses! In addition to being the main hub of activity for the center, the Creativity Commons will also play home to some delicious eats- sandwiches, salads, and paninis will be available, along with movie concessions and some killer beverages!

The Creativity Commons also has a breathtaking view of the SteelStacks campus, cozy seating areas and a stage that will feature musical performances throughout the year!

Town Square

Located inbetween the ArtsQuest Center and the blast furnaces, the new Town Square will boast one of the most dynamic views of the blast furnaces around! The town square will feature tons of programming from ArtsQuest, local community groups and more. We're talking concerts, al fresco dining, performance art and way more!

Outdoor Music Pavilion

This new music venue will play home to 50 free, family-friendly concerts each year! The concerts are set to take place between May and September each year.

Wednesday through Sunday, the Pavilion will offer some kick-butt local, regional and national acts, representing a wide variety of musical genres. This intimate, outdoor venue will remind us all of simpler times- bring your blanket, grab a spot on the lawn and enjoy these free concerts (with an amazing view!).

Festival Plaza

Located at the west end of the SteelStacks campus, the Festival Plaza will be home to dynamic programming year round. Highlights include the SteelStacks markets, new festivals and more. And of course, the plaza will be the new home of Musikfest's main stage programming!
