For the fourth year, join Embassy Bank in honoring the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country in a weekend – long community celebration.

Our Hometown Heroes

For the fourth year the SteelStacks campus will be transformed into a living memorial honoring our hometown heroes. The campus will be draped with images of local military heroes as a display of the appreciation and gratitude for their sacrifices and contributions. The banners will display photos of the soldiers, their rank, branch of service, era of service and hometown.

Photos will be accepted starting April 1 thru April 30 and will accept the first 400 photos submitted. Photos submitted in 2011, 2012, and 2013 will be on this year's banners. Changes will not be made to existing banners unless the soldier has given the ultimate sacrifice for their country.

Or photos can be submitted on line beginning April 1. Or dropped off at the Banana Factory at 25 W. Third St., Bethlehem, PA 18015, Monday – Friday 8am – 9pm and Saturday – Sunday 8am – 4pm.

Any photos dropped off at Embassy Bank or the Banana Factory can be picked up at the Banana Factory during normal business hours May 1 -14.

$25 per person or $90 per team of 4
Benefits the Gold Star Mothers
Join us on this Memorial Day weekend to walk for a hometown hero in our inaugural "Walk to Remember".

This event benefits the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Gold Star Mothers. The Lehigh Valley Gold Star Mothers is a non-profit, 501c3, organization and is the local chapter of the American Gold Star Mothers, an organization for mothers who have lost a son or daughter in the service of our country. Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War

Levitt Pavilion Stage @ 1:30pm

In ordinance with the Proclamation passed on May 25, 2012, the local chapter of the Gold Star Mothers will pay tribute to Veterans of the Vietnam War. They will honor a generation of Americans who were involved in one of the most challenging missions in our nation's history, and one we will never forget.

A Time to Remember

Levitt Pavilion Stage @ 5pm

The Memorial Day weekend celebration will conclude with a memorial service to remember the Lehigh Valley's fallen soldiers. A reading of the names will take place during this ceremony as well as performances by Jamie O'Brien, Trumpeter performing taps and Jonathan Padilla will be singing the National Anthem.
