Soundtrack Comes Alive is a series produced by ArtsQuest featuring a band performing live in front of a hand-picked film, essentially recreating the soundtrack to the film. The audience hears some of the film dialogue, but none of the original music, since the band playing in front has created a new score inspired by its take on the film. Past Soundtrack Comes Alive events have included The Great White Caps in front of Point Break, Butterjive in front of Sin City and The Big Dirty in front of Baraka.
