Neighborhood Partnership Program (NPP)
ArtsQuest has created the SteelStacks Partnership for Education and Outreach to support neighborhood revitalization on the SouthSide of Bethlehem, the home of ArtsQuest’s Banana Factory Arts Center and SteelStacks Cultural Campus. The Partnership offers diverse programs for students, SouthSide Schools, families and residents throughout the year.
The Partnership is funded through the Pennsylvania Neighborhood Assistance Program, which is a tax credit program offered through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. The program offers tax credits of 80% against applicable Pennsylvania business taxes to businesses who commit at least $50,000 per year for over 5 years and up to 10 years for an approved program. For more information about the program please see http://www.newpa.com/.
