BANANA FACTORY ARTISTS HOST 5TH ANNUAL 'RED SHOW'
BETHLEHEM, PA—The creative flair and vision of the resident artists at ArtsQuest's Banana Factory will be showcased during the fifth annual "Red Show," on display on the third floor of the Banana Factory, 25 W. Third St., Bethlehem, Pa., from March 18-April 24.
The Red Show features a variety of two- and three-dimensional works created by the artists whose studios are located on the third floor of the Banana Factory. Participating artists include painter, sculptor and ceramicist Khalil Allaik, painter and fashion designer Lara Bly Allaik, painter and printmaker Berrisford Boothe and mixed media artists Valerie Breaux Haaf and Heather Sincavage. Other artists featured in the show are stained glass artists Marlene "Linny" Fowler and Octavio Pena, glass artist James Harmon, photographer Rick Holt, sculptor and painter Ben Marcune, sculptor Virginia Abbott and painters Nessa Grainger and Rigo Peralta.
The opening reception for the Red Show is March 18, 6-8:30 p.m. The event, which is free and open to the public, will include light refreshments and the opportunity to meet the participating artists.
