BETHLEHEM, PA– An Easter Brunch, Easter Day PEEPS ® hunt for kids and special film screenings highlight the activities at SteelStacks in Bethlehem Easter Weekend, March 28-31.
On Easter, March 31, the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks will present its first Easter Brunch, 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m., at the Musikfest Café. Among the many options from which to choose are entrées such as Challah French Toast, Aromatic Poached Salmon, Penne Pasta with Italian Sausage, Herb Roasted Turkey, Roast Beef, Apple Smoked Bacon and more. The menu also includes a variety of appetizers and delicious desserts. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 610-332-3378 or visiting www.artsquest.org. Prices are $32.95 for adults ages 13 and over, $11.95 for ages 6-12 and free for children ages 5 and under. Music during the brunch will be provided by Dan Wilkins & Angelo DiLoreto.
In addition to brunch, guests can enjoy a wide range of entertainment options at SteelStacks on Easter including a free PEEPS ® Hunt for Just Born PEEPS ® Chicks on the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks lawn at 1:30 p.m. During the event, which is open to the public, children will be joined by a very special guest, as the Easter Bunny makes an appearance. Other activities include a free performance at 2 p.m. by The Lesson Center student musicians in the ArtsQuest Center Creativity Commons, as well as a screening of the children’s favorite HOP in the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas at 11:45 a.m. Tickets for HOP are $7.50 ($5 for students, ArtsQuest Members and seniors) and on sale now at www.artsquest.org. The Stacks Shop at the ArtsQuest Center will also be offering a great deal through April 1, with 50 percent off all Lenox Easter merchandise.
From March 28-30, 1:30 p.m. daily, the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas will show The Passion of the Christ, focusing on last 12 hours in the life of Jesus of Nazareth. Tickets are $7.50 ($5 for students, ArtsQuest Members and seniors) and on sale now at www.artsquest.org.
