Motorcoach Group Reservations

ArtsQuest is happy to customize packages and itineraries for your visit to Bethlehem. Group packages are 15 or more guests.

Comp Policy

For every 40 paid guests you receive 1 free comp. Bus driver is always comped.

Deposits

• $300 Refundable deposit is due 30 days from receipt of tour agreement
• Deposit is fully refundable 5 weeks prior to tour date for most packages.
• Make check payable to ArtsQuest, 25 W. Third St., Bethlehem, PA 18015.
• Final itineraries and guaranteed number of guests are due 4 weeks prior to tour date.
• Full payment based on final numbers due 3 weeks prior to tour date. No reductions in guest numbers can be made after that date.

Refunds/Cancellations

• Deposit is fully refundable up to 5 weeks prior to tour date for most packages.
• If attractions are cancelled by Bethlehem venues, you will receive a full refund for those attractions that were canceled by the Bethlehem venue.
• If cancellations and no-shows occur the day of your trip, there are no refunds made.
• If cancellations occur due to weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your trip.
• Cancellations must be made via telephone, 610-332-1304, along with a faxed copy of the cancellation notice to 610-332-1310.

Parking/Directions

• Motorcoach parking is provided free of charge with all group reservations.
• Motorcoach driving information and parking instructions will be provided when groups reserve and finalize their tour date and itinerary.

Social Group Reservations

Bring your garden clubs, Red Hat groups, church groups, and historical society groups to the Christmas City- Bethlehem, PA.
